We werken volgens het principe van ‘no cure, no pay’. Als er geen koop tot stand komt na onderhandelingen of als je besluit af te zien van de koop, ben je geen kosten verschuldigd voor onze geleverde diensten. Jouw tevredenheid staat voorop.

Verschil met andere aankoopmakelaars
We hebben geen maximaal aantal bezichtigingen of looptijd. Ook hanteren we geen percentage over de aankoopsom, wat veel aankoopmakelaars wel doen. Anders zou namelijk de vergoeding hoger uitkomen als de aankoopsom ook hoger is. Dat vinden we niet logisch.

Wat gebeurt er bij ontbinding van de koopovereenkomst?
Als er wel een koopovereenkomst tot stand is gekomen, maar je besluit toch van de koop af te zien op basis van de drie dagen bedenktijd, een overeengekomen ontbindende voorwaarde of door van de mondelinge koopovereenkomst af te zien, dan betaal je ook geen kosten. Er is immers geen geslaagde aankoop tot stand gekomen en dus no cure, no pay.
Jouw investering: een vast tarief voor duidelijkheid
In tegenstelling tot veel andere aankoopmakelaars, hanteren we geen percentage over de aankoopsom. Dit zorgt namelijk voor onduidelijkheid en onverwachte kosten.
Bij ons betaal je een vast tarief inclusief 21% btw, uitsluitend bij een geslaagde aankoop. Geen beperkingen in het aantal bezichtigingen en geen tijdsdruk. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent.
