Ik raad iedereen Aankoopmakelaar Amsterdam B.V. van harte aan. Ben heeft mij ontzettend goed geholpen! Hij was duidelijk zeer deskundig, kent de Amsterdamse woningmarkt door en door, ging mee met bezichtigingen, hij ontzorgde mij volledig in het analyseren van de stukken van woning en notaris, maar het allerbelangrijkste: mijn eerste bod met Ben was direct raak!
Wij zijn zeer goed geholpen door Ben bij de aankoop van onze woning. Onze belangrijkste aanleiding voor het werken met een aankoopmakelaar was om ondersteuning te hebben bij het biedproces (en het bepalen van een goed bod zonder veel te veel te overbieden). De waarde van Ben bleek echter al meteen veel waardevoller dan dat te zijn, doordat hij ons met zijn ervaren en rationele blik liet inzien dat een woning waarop we eigenlijk een bod hadden willen uitbrengen, toch niet de juiste woning was voor ons.
Ben heeft ons daarna ondersteund bij andere bezichtigingen en er uiteindelijk ook voor gezorgd dat we op onze nieuwe woning een gepast, goed onderbouwd, en ook geaccepteerd bod hebben kunnen uitbrengen.
De ondersteuning en samenwerking gedurende het gehele proces waren daarnaast erg prettig en zorgden voor een stukje zekerheid en ontzorging. Ik zou Ben aan iedereen van harte aanbevelen!

Since the very first contact, Tabitha kept the communication open and was super helpful, answering all our questions and advising us in the process. She always took the time for us, listened to our concerns and shared her view on the apartments, including the potential prices. Super positive experience with Erik! We were first time buyers and he made sure to guide us through the process and answer any and all questions we had. On time for every appointment, very attentive, and overall incredibly helpful. Particularly a huge help in navigating bidding!! Would choose to work with them again and hope to do so in the future.
They were always present in every viewing, helped me with bidding (the seller said that I only got the house because he trusted that AA would arrange things quickly), and they were always on top of everything, helping me with anything I needed. I got the apartment 4-5 weeks after my bid got accepted. Recommended 😉
Dankzij Tabitha hebben wij in een korte tijd ons eerste huis in Amsterdam kunnen kopen! Ze was heel goed bereikbaar, dacht met ons mee (maar durfde ook kritische vragen te stellen), heeft ons goed geadviseerd met het doen van een bod, had de juiste connecties en was bovenal super vriendelijk en gezellig! It was an absolute pleasure working with Ben from Aankoopmakelaar. He was extremely responsive at all times and very respectful of our preferences. He was thorough in the communications with us and everyone else involved. Never in the process did we feel that we were in the dark as Ben kept us well informed. We had a great experience with Aankoopmakelaar Amsterdam. Our contact initially with Niels was very pleasant and working with Ben for viewings and bids was excellent too. They guided us well on locations, flat pro/cons and bidding strategy and there was never a rush to close just for the sake of closing. Fully recommend!
